It was an awesome experience working with CustomMade to make our engagement ring. The best part was how quickly they responded to our questions and listened to our vision for the project. They replied to our project messages so quickly, they replied within the day (sometime even the hour) and kept us well informed the entire time. The design process was so cool and it was so exciting to see it come to life though the sketches and 3D designs, it made the process feel so exciting! They were super considerate of our budget too and we never felt pushed to spend more than what we were comfortable with. My fiancé and I had visited brick and mortar stores and there was often a pressure to spend more and decide quickly. The CustomMade team, on the other hand, were considerate and respectful of our choices, never pressured us, and were more than willing to change even the smallest detail. And our ring arrived earlier than expected which was such an awesome surprise! We love how the ring turned out, it is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. It is a very high quality piece, and I am so excited to wear it for the rest of my life. Those who were on the CustomMade team that worked with us were all so helpful: amazing communication, understanding, kept us updated at all times, flexible, patient, knowledgeable, were honest about pricing, and made sure the ring was exactly what we were envisioning.
