I bought 2 pairs of identical trainers in different sizes back in August and needed to return the ones that were too small. I tried sending them back using the address Deporvillage provided online. I sent many emails to their customer service team because the tracking service stated my parcel was refused at the warehouse - Deporvillage admitted no responsibility for this. I received the item on 23/10/21 with the Spanish postal service sticker again saying it was refused. This company is very unprofessional and give the impression they are operating a scam - they don't want to process refunds and need to be investigated. I tried calling their telephone number and it doesn't work - avoid at all costs!
