No refund after 2 months for a returned order. Thieves!!! Nothing stating that because I’m from the UK I’d be responsible for import charges. If that was made clear at checkout I wouldn’t have purchased. Refused my dhl parcel as the extortionate import charges of £143 for a £271 order. Deporvillage confirmed they have received my order back but nearly 2 months on I still don’t have my refund. I keep getting the same automated response wait another 7-10days. I’ve reported it to Monzo and Mastercard. Now hiding behind a dispute being raised. Which if they was honourable they can refund and close dispute. But they fail to be a honest company. Stay clear. Steal your money. Stay away
