I bought a smart turbo trainer from them in February 2020 and it stopped working around October 2020. I have now spent over a year trying to get a refund. They eventually took the trainer away after 4 failed attempts due to them not getting the paperwork correct and the courier not being able to uplift the item. I have wasted days of my time emailing them and I have still not received a refund. The staff I have dealt with are either completely incompetent or liars. I will never use this company again.
