Just awful still waiting on a resolution after they sent the wrong item all the way to Australia. Then they blamed me for ordering the wrong item the promptly closed my case stating I could send it back if I want… $70AU no thanks.
I was able to prove I was correct and was offered 50% refund which doesn’t even cover a replacement item which I bought on sale.
Never got an apology or explanation. After they read my review on trust pilot they said my transaction was under investigation. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. The original purchase was on 8/11/2021 and it’s now 27/11/2021 and I am in the dark? I have two mismatched product I can’t use and no idea what’s happening.
I would say if you can’t buy something else where just don’t buy it but an alternative somewhere else.
Beyond hopelessly.
