I obtained finance for a new bike and purchased the bike through deporvillage, the wrong bike was delivered (completely the wrong bike), I contacted deporvillage and I was told they couldn't help over the phone. Not a single reply from deporvillage to my emails, they briefly replied on twitter, no resolution, no communication, no bike, no refund. I'll have to issue a credit card refund with my card provider and deal with the finance cost now, and the matching parts I've ordered for the new bike which cannot be used.
