6 months after initiating a complaint they have now asked me to re-start the process because they have lost the file. Meanwhile I have an unusable e-bike made by haibike that I have only ridden once.
Haibike won't deal with me as my contract is with deportvillage and deportvillage have no interest in resolving my complaint.
Disgusting service from both haibike and deportvillage
