I placed an order on 29/11 and when it arrived it was too big. I returned the item to Spain (there had never been any recognition that this was a Spanish company), had I known this, I would not have ordered.
The item was posted back 31/12/21 and they were not in when item was delivered. Now they say they don't know where it is and are not answering emails/tweets. It's looking unlikely I will get a refund but Customer Service Support is disgraceful.
