Their returns service is possibly the worst on the internet, and considering my experience I wonder how they can still be in business.
It almost feels like a scam: a returns service that apparently does not receive returned parcels, then ask you to wait for the parcel to return to you (which it doesn't!)
Not worth it, just use other shops. I may end losing my money that they have not refunded for almost two months now. I never write reviews but they deserve 0 stars, or less.
