I ordered a backpack from deporvillage.com on 10/03. Until today I have not received the backpack. I had sent several requests to customer service (08.04./ 13.04/ 22.04. and 04.05.). The first two requests were answered. The other inquiries remained unanswered. A refund has not yet been made. The experience with Deporvillage.com is very disappointing.
