Ordered running shoes on August 28th and they accepted the order and charged my card. Then sent multiple emails week after week that there is a delay and finally told me that they do not have the shoes available. I was supposed to select a different color. I did and all of a sudden they wanted 30 more Euros. Customer Service is difficult to deal with. After 10+ emails back and forth with Yasmine I had them cancel the order. Thez did return the funds. Waste of time. Do not buy from them. I would have expected that the company sends me shoes of the same size in a different color (after my approval) without wanting extra money! Deporvillage did not honor the original purchase agreement they entered with me.
