Buyer beware Do not buy from this company if outside the EU. Returns are difficult if not impossible due to Spanish customs. Spanish customs will request documentation from the receiver, Deporvillage, confirming your package is not an import. Deporvillage will flatly refuse to provide this documentation or help you in any way. Your purchase will be sent back to you & you won’t be able to return the product. Deporvillage will claim you used your own courier so it is your problem. Although they do not offer a return courier service if you are outside EU & they provide no warning or guidance to help avoid problems with Spanish customs. All Depovillage needs to do is respond to the courier company, it’s a 2min phone call or email to provide customs with the documentation they require to release the package for delivery.
