Unfair customer after sale… While I was generally satisfied with the delivery, the after-sales service has been very disappointing, and the return policy is extremely misleading. Customers are led to believe in a "365-day return policy," but this only applies under narrowly defined conditions buried in fine print. This kind of marketing—with a small asterisk and vague disclaimers—is misleading and undermines customer trust. To make matters worse, the product was incorrectly described on the website (specifically the ski bindings size), which led to me purchasing the wrong item. Despite this being a clear issue with the listing, the site imposes a 24-hour window to file complaints, which is completely unreasonable—especially for technical items that often need to be reviewed by a professional (as was my case at a ski shop). This type of policy is not customer-friendly and borders on unfair business practice. I expected more transparency and accountability. Would certainly not use deporvillage again!
