I read a number of poor reviews after I had purchased an item from them, and probably would not have ordered if I had seen them first. As with a number of customers my order did not arrive on time - I did receive an email saying it would be delayed, and I replied saying I wouldn't have ordered fast delivery if I had known. The item did arrive 2 days later, and to their credit they have refunded the fast delivery cost. Clearly not 5 star, but I did buy at a better price than I could elsewhere and with a short delay and a refund on the fast delivery cost, I would risk their service again, so long as it's not time critical.
