I ordered a Reebok step, and weeks later I received from Deporvillage an 80kg box full of strange metal things, no idea what they are, I injured my back trying to drag it into my garage, Deporvillage are impossible to get hold of, there’s no way I’m paying money to return an 80kg package full of weird stuff to Spain, and I don’t even know how I’d remove it from my garage! What am I supposed to do know, and how about the £116 I spent on the Reebok step plus posting and packing? This company is fraudulent.
