Customer service is appalling. I sent trainer back as the size was wrong. The size was wrong was Deporvillage fault. I won't get into it as it is a long story. I sent the trainer back. Cost me £16.00. And requested the refund. Was told will get refund 10 to 15 days after the shoe arrived. No refund. I sent them tracking details Royal Mail. The problem with this company is that there is no proper coordination between sales and customer service. Asking the same question. After several messages they refunded me.The sales shouldn't be the only primary motive of a company,it must have a comprehensive customer service that will provide customer satisfaction that in itself will increase sales. Try to understand that.
