Customer service bad beyond imagination. Refund refused, fraudulent accusations made regarding condition of returned shoes and missing paperwork. Shoes tried on while sat on a sofa and steps taken on carpet. Emailed customer service, they consistently showed me absolute indifference. Check out their Instagram and Facebook accounts and see the number and variety of complaints from customers presumably exasperated by banging theirs heads against a wall dealing with the customer service.
