Deporvillage took payment but didn't send any goods out. They ignored my emails. I contacted DHL who said they have received nothing for me from Deporvillage so I was forced to open a case with Paypal. As of today, approx three weeks from taking my payment, I have no refund, no goods (48 delivery - pah!) and they have not responded to Paypal. Luckily I paid by Paypal credit for the payment protection it offers on goods over £100.
Deporvillage is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am still fighting to get my money back.
