Ordered online as I always do. They sent it to an old address in California (I live in Virgina). They sent me an emailing confirming delivery to the wrong state and STILL refuse to resend my order same day and are telling me it could take up to 8 days for a claim for refund....WTH?
I love this product line but DO NOT order online. Worse experience ever!
