I was a dasher with stellar ratings. My account was deactivated for a legal matter while it was in progress, meaning it was in court. The outcome was dismissal, I submitted my dasher account for review and nothing was done on Door Dash’s end. My account is still deactivated. I tried yet again to see what was going on. Their support team is all outsourced to other countries which makes communication difficult. In the end the CSR hung up on me. Now I am questioning whether I even want to bother with them if this is how they are.
