If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would because that's what they deserve. It took almost an hour and a half for door dash to realize that my order was "mistakenly taken by another dasher", even though I reached out multiple times during that almost hour and a half to try to figure out where my order was.
It's ridiculous that 6 separate dashers failed to inquire as to where the order was and why they weren't able to pick it up when it absolutely should have been ready. And their customer service reps are absolutely useless. The fact that I had to suggest to them that maybe someone should look into where the order was to try to find answers is unacceptable.
I've used door dash for years, but I've had it.
