Extremely Disappointed – No Delivery, No Support
I ordered food from Nagas South Indian through DoorDash, but I never received my delivery. To make matters worse, there was no proper way to contact DoorDash to resolve the issue. I tried all available options, but there was no response or help. This was incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re hungry and expecting your food to arrive.
This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable. I expected better communication and accountability from both the restaurant and DoorDash. I won’t be using this service again unless there’s a serious improvement in how missing deliveries are handled.
