I was double charged for my delivery.
I placed an order for food delivery. I got a message from Doordash that the driver was at the restaurant awaiting my order. An hour went by with no delivery. I called the restaurant and was told they prepared the order but the driver never shewed. II cancelled the order on my app and reordered the same food and it was then delivered without incident. I then discovered that they did not issue a credit for my first order and I was charged twice. I complained to door dash customer service and was told their "system" did not permit a refund or credit. In effect they stole my money.
