Order was never delivered so when you go on your application to report that the order was not delivered, you don't give an option to have it redelivered all you do is issue a refund that you then in turn have to wait 5 to 7 days for I think it's ridiculous and you don't put a phone number on your page so you can say call customer service if you didn't get your order and you want it redelivered lousy service
