I ordered groceries from shoprite to be delivered to my mother who cannot see or walk explicitly stating to deliver to her apartment with a phone number to call if any issues. On all 3 occasions they leave the order in the hallway without calling. I then have to drive 9 miles to bring the groceries up to her apartment. Why do I pay a delivery charge and tip if I have to go there? Upon complaining I was told the the doordash
drivers don't understand English, what a way to run a business.
