I ordered and paid part of the total with a $50 gift card. My order got cancelled without my consent, and the gift card did not get refunded, not even as credit. $50 down the drain. Stolen. I can't even use it to reorder if I wanted to.
Reached out to customer support four times. Waited over 15 minutes for a response. They started closing out the chat after I took 20 seconds to type a response. Actually running away from the problem. They probably archived my ticket and are planning to leave me hanging.
