I honestly wish I could give Doordash a lower score. In the bast two weeks I have ordered four maybe five times. Only one, or two of those orders came correctly if they had came at all. I never had this problem until now. Then they make refunds difficult, or they don't address the problems. I am now done with Doordash. I don't want to blame the drivers, but I don't know if it's them, or if Doordash just doesn't know how to communicate to the drivers what the customers want. In any case with how they have jacked up their prices and the quality control has just dropped off a cliff I know one thing. I am never using this service again. It will take more time, but you would honestly do better if you called the restaurant and picked it up yourself. Because this terrible service is not worth the headache. I work hard and I would like to get my food how I ordered it without going to Customer service over and over again to only get a shrug and five bucks back. It is insulting not only for the costumers, the divers, and the restaurants that they deliver for. Doordash should be ashamed, because I know I would.
