I've purchased a DoorDash membership 11 months ago and order through them a couple times a week. Out of those 100 or so orders, I recall 3 problems and I received a credit each time. This past weekend I ordered breakfast and received texts stating the driver was waiting for the food, on the way, and the food was delivered. The last text is normally accompanied by a photo of where the ood was left, but this driver didn't attach it. My food was nowhere to be found. DD said to text the driver but it did not reply. I honestly believe the driver stole my food. I eventually got my food after reordering (at no cost to me) but I had problems with my next 2 orders, as well. So I'm done with DoorDash.
