Absolutely unacceptable experiences. Today again my order was delivered to the wrong address, and when I contacted the driver, they were incredibly rude and dismissive — no apology, no effort to fix their mistake. It was clear they didn’t care at all about providing even basic service.
To make matters worse, DoorDash customer service was no help whatsoever. No real apology, no compensation, and no attempt to make things right or retain me as a customer. It felt like they couldn’t care less that I wasted my time and money.
Totally disgusting experience. After this, I won’t be using DoorDash again — and I won’t recommend it to anyone.
