After 2 wrong deliveries I cancelled my DoorDash account but they continued to charge me off of Apple Pay every month. I called again and told them I had canceled and they needed to remove the charges and not charge any more monthly fees. They promised they would but removed the charge for that month only and continued to charge me monthly. I called them again and they insisted that they were not charging me and that Apple Pay had made a mistake. I contacted Apple Pay and they referred me to the bank that processes the payments and the bank investigated and removed the charges. I thought that was the end of the problem, but DoorDash just charged me for last month and this month again. I called DoorDash today and they looked at my record confirming that I had not ordered anything in approximately two years but they had continued to charge me monthly. She did not say anything about my record of previous calls to cancel the account. She promised to remove the last two charges and to cancel my DoorDash account. I’ll just have to wait and see, but I wanted to worn others how difficult it is to cancel this service. This company should be investigated for fraud.
