Dear DoorDash Support,
One of the 300g Tim Hortons coffee containers I received arrived with a broken lid. A portion of the lid was missing. Receiving a product in this condition is unacceptable.
I contacted customer service, but I was told that this kind of damage is not sufficient for a refund. However, what truly matters is that the item should be delivered in good condition. This product is no longer intact and poses a problem in terms of usability.
DoorDash should not make this decision unilaterally. In fact, if the delivery photo is carefully reviewed, it is clearly visible that the lid is broken and part of it is missing.
I kindly request a fair reassessment of this issue and an appropriate resolution.
