I was charged 3 times on the same day unauthorized through DoorDash. I checked my app to see what the orders were and it didn’t pop up in my recent orders. I called DoorDash customer support and they transferred me to 5-7 different agents that were supposed to to help to just be told at the end that they couldn’t do anything about it. It’s crazy to think that you run an app off people ordering food but have no security for customers cards or frauds. Not only that the customer service is horrible. All the different agents I spoke to sounded like they were either 10 feet away from the phone and didn’t want to talk at all or I did not understand a single word they were saying, and we was I believe speaking English. Even Facebook app is able to link up how many accounts your card is with but DoorDash can’t even find what the 3 unauthorized orders were. I was a customer from the very start of DoorDash but now I will never touch or associate anything to do with DoorDash.
