Consistently hiring non English speaking drivers so you cannot communicate with them when they are consistently lost, late. Consistently when they do show up which is few and far between the food is cold. The director doesn't give drivers the unit numbers, lot numbers etc. 90% of the time you cannot communicate. I have had over 15 times food was not delivered! Just done with this company. Zero compensation for anything except the food! Worst ever! Even with simple instructions they can't read!
