I placed an order in which all items were not delivered. After checking with the establishment they confirmed that the Dasher failed to pick up the entire order. I was given the option of a refund which I would have preferred to have my missing items redelivered. After speaking to a Customer Service Agent the Agent purposely didn't not hang up so I could take the survey to rate Doordash. This is an attempt to cover up a mistake made on the part of Dasher, wether or not the Dasher was at fault or not. The Dasher got a generous tip for a service that was not provided and an attempt to cover it up. This is not the end of this matter. I should be completely refunded and will recommend to my fellow users not to use your service.
