I used this service for the first time and I am so disappointed. The restaurant that I ordered from wasn't able to provide all of my orders, which I am fine with, and supposedly, I will be refunded for the amount of the food that I didn't receive. The problem is, instead of a refund, I got charged again for the same order minus the food I didn't receive. I reported the error to a customer service representative and after being transferred to different persons I was told to wait 3 business days to get the refund. I will think twice before using this service.
