Ordered $35. Driver delivered completely to the wrong address. I called customer service. They issued me a $28 credit. THE MATH AIN’T MATHING! I asked for them to make it make sense. I was told, “Our system will only allow a maximum of $28.”
This was my first time using DoorDash because they offered more options. Well, back to Uber Eats I go!!! I’ll take great service with a decent amount of options over horrible service (near fraud) with a larger variety of options any day!!!
