After 10+ years of being a DoorDash customer, I finally deleted the app. I ordered item a and they continued to bring item b no matter how I notated the orders. And about the fourth time I request requested a refund they denied it. They said that I had requested a refund for this particular item too many times. I told them I would never have requested it any time at all except that every time I ordered it they always got it wrong. I asked them “what did you want me to do not report the incorrect item?” And of course they said they did not want me to do that, but that still according to their policy they are not to issue any refunds in this instance. Originally I did want my money back because I wanted to try and re-order item a again. But actually when they continued to tell me that they couldn’t compensate me, I started to get annoyed and told them that it’s not about that. At this point, I’m just annoyed that they think it’s OK to do what they did. Customers pay, get the wrong thing, and just have to eat it and smile ?
