Just had an aweful experience with your company. I spent $75 on a gift card for a friend having surgery to remove cancer. They got the email May 29th - I sent the gift card via text the 21st of April but it was not received. My friend texted today saying your company will not honor the gift card. She said she tried help online and over the phone and that your company needed to talk to me. She was so upset she asked I just get a refund. So I called. I was told a pin was needed. I asked where I could find that (I had my receipt for the card, the picture of the card, but could find no pin). I was told that the person I got the gift card for would have gotten the pin. I’m not going to call my friend who is upset from this whole experience to get the pin!!!!! So I asked if they could change the phone number where the gift card was sent to my number (which is also linked to my DoorDash account) I would get the pin and we could see if the card was valid. 22min later I was told that your company still needs a pin. Please copy the purchaser of the gift card the PIN number! How will you make this right?
