Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with—terrible online security and even worse customer service. I opened a merchant account two months ago, and my DoorDash account has been hacked three times since. I’ve been trying to get it resolved, but every time I reach out, I’m told someone will call me back. No one ever does. When I call again, the customer service reps seem completely clueless, and I have to explain the entire situation from scratch each time. It’s been three days now, and I’m still waiting for a call just to help me log back into my account.
