We were looking forward to a meal to be delivered to our hotel from a Japanese restaurant. The cute little tracker showed the delivery car in the hotel parking lot. But the delivery was never made. Suddenly, the tracker said, "Order is complete." No sign of delivery person. No sign of food. Did he eat it or give it to somebody else? We got a refund, but Door Dash rep acted like it might have been a problem with the address. But the tracker showed the delivery person was in the parking lot of our Holiday Inn on a major thoroughfare, which should not have been hard to find.
