Customer service is absolutely diabolical š¤
I bought a bed TWELVE weeks ago.....Iām still waiting for it! Phoned 7 times to be fobbed off every time āsomeone will call you backā. Now been on phone over an hour trying to cancel order, surprise surprise put on hold!! I will be going through my credit card to claim back. Ridiculous waiting 12 weeks and they still canāt give me a delivery day š”
