I had a failed delivery of a bed on 22nd Nov due to snowfall. I heard nothing regarding redelivery, so booked another date online for the 26th Nov. Heard nothing again. I'm now being told that delivery won't be until Dec 3rd.In the meantime my 98 year old mother who can't get upstairs,is having to sleep on the sofa.

I first went into dreams of Harlow Essex to a brand new double mattress and got the first one and it sank with in a couple of weeks. No I have been talking to customer service and they was helpful anyway 4 mattress later. It got delivered with a huge dirt mark on the bottom of the mattress and the delivery driver said that never happened before so they give me £100 compensation so I thought ok that’s fair enough. This was a replacement from the last were someone used a ratchet strap and there was a huge gutter like mark from one side to the other. So the new mattress I left it all day put brand new sheets on and as I went the end of the bed a foreign object sprung up from the mattress and went in my eye. I went into the bathroom washed with warm water then the next day my eye was full of puss and sore and red went to the opticians they have checked my eye and and found foreign objects and cleaned them out but what ever it was I had a very severe allergic reaction when my eyes swelled up went red bloodshot weeping. So after a couple of days it got worse so went back had more eye drops after that I had to go to the doctors for antibiotics. By then I’ve got a infection in my body was hot and cold and then sweats on top I’ve never felt so ill. So I got in contact with Dreams and a Mr Simon Clayton wanted proof of this so I emailed him two attendants at the opticians and one from the doctor. It’s been a couple o had to email him he then replied saying the maximum we can off is £50 compensation I’ve had to buy three meds £30 and someone to take me to the appointments petrel I didn’t think that was right plus I’ve had no choice but to have the week off because I was week and literally been in bed all the time. Not a very experience that’s it really disappointed in such a big company only offers £50 I really would of loved to put pictures up of my eyes you would be shocked I’ve tried to show my eye on this platform but it won’t let me do it

Honestly, just avoid. Paid over £3500 for a bed frame and mattress through dreams and took out the extended bed "cover". Not even 2 years later, the bed base and mattress is noticeably warped. On the leaflet provided at time of purchase, it states that structural defects and warping is covered on the 8 year plan. The mattress manufacturer offer a guarantee of sagging of 2cm+ over 10 years. In less than 15 months, it has sagged to the point it feels you have to climb uphill to get out of the bed and was a hairline off of 2cm sagging, in less than 2 years!! An inspection took place to which the technician confirmed there was warping of the bed base and sagging of the mattress, but could not confirm the tolerance by the manufacturer, and therefore deemed it to not be a defect to cover his own back. The insurance rejected the claim based on completely inaccurate testing methods and criteria, and dreams are denying any issue. Typically, using any loophole to avoid being held liable. The reports are completely falsified claiming to have done tests they did not carry out, and concluding information they could not have possibly known. They are constantly passing responsibility away from themselves, and their processes of dealing with these issues are dreadful! Honestly, to buy a bed and mattress from a company who preach the "replace every 8" motto, for their beds/ mattresses-to not even last 2 is absolutely ridiculous. As for their insurance cover, absolutely not worth the paper it’s wrote on! Now having to consider purchasing an entire new bed elsewhere due to this shambles! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Such a joke really, ordered a bed with drawers, after 1 week drawers bottom started to sag. I requested refund for the bed mostly because it was ridiculously high. Customer service wanted to charge me a fee 20% of the total order. Therefore I agreed for an exchange although it was pretty difficult to communicate. The team of assemblers came to deliver & mount the bed. Such a joke.. they left screws loose and one of the support bracket to leave the ottoman bed open, was mounted reversed. therefore useless. I requested them to fix that, they said I had to call CS. They sent me a new team of assembler 1 week later. All was right but when closing the ottoman storage it was making a stomping noise. 10 days I realized that the ottoman doesn’t close down if you remove the mattress top part stay up. I was thinking of buyung at Dreams since they seem reputable. With extortionate price, the beds are utter rubbish low quality made in China. I would have been better off buying online.

Poor service from Dreams mattresses delivery was made elsewhere. Was then met by rude unappolagetic driver. Total waste of time, would stay well clear from Dreams, when you spend hundreds on mattresses and they can't even be bothered to make correct delivery.

Although staff in the store were lovely they were totally embarrassed by the lack of customer care from the customer service team. I ordered a bed and mattress on the 18th May was told at that time there would be a 12 week wait for delivery… I have had repeated delivery dates since then October 22nd being the last one. I have been back in store today to cancel the order.. Store assistant Dee rang customer service she was placed in a queue of 3 and had to wait 40 minutes before anyone answered. To add insult to injury the bed frame I ordered is in a 20% off sale so in now £100 cheaper than when I ordered it…

DREAMS BEDS - DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE. Bed delivered and built by them, parts missing, delivery crew supposedly going to report issue and we would hear from H/O in 48/72hrs - heard nothing, Gerri reported on line - heard nothing, went into store (Aylesbury) - no interest what so ever, sent e.mail - customer service e.mail not operational. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

You walk into a Dreams Store with £1000 to spend and walk out without a mattress ? How is that possible ? The mattress I wanted was a little over my budget it appears at £1199.00, there were clearly no deals to be done. But to let me walk out without offering a suggestion of what was in my price range for something similar is a failure on the sales team surely ? If this was my business I would not be happy, especially given the economic climate we are currently in. Dreams, your team on the shop floor must do better !

Dreams will sell you the world under the pretense of high quality. Sadly that is t what you get. The bed I purchased has started falling apart less than a year in and when you eventually get through to them they offer you nothing but patronizing commentary. They don’t see the bigger picture of the faults that develop. They need to wake up. No pun intended. Dreams are fast turning into a nightmare.

Mattress delivered not same as in shop - heavier so I couldn't turn it as advised, denser so too firm, uncomfortable - caused pain in lower ribs, & definitely not memory foam as I was told in shop - had only thin layer on top. Complaints took ages to be answered. No help only told to exchange but all others much more expensive. After months , escalated claims & went to Furniture Ombudsman - case accepted then dropped by them as Dreams had offered a resolution! Then somebody else in Dreams asked why I hadn't exchanged - more timely wrangling. Had to pay £65 to get mattress collected. Got partial refund. Best advice - AVOID if you don't want NIGHTMARE of many sleepless nights

Bought a bed from these guys just over a year and half ago had problems with it just after a year. Spent a £1000 on the frame and only comes with a years warranty even thou it’s an ottoman bed with moving parts. Informed customer service and was told nothing can be done and I would have to purchase the part even thou I told them it’s solid metal that has bent. I then left it for a while as I managed to fix it but it’s since failed again. Got back in contact and was kindly sent out some parts as a goodwill but they were the wrong parts informed them and now been told tough you need to buy the parts. So you can send out parts as a goodwill that I didn’t need then the right parts that I need you can’t very confusing. This was all caused by the very poor service i received when the bed was put together by your team and very poorly. So don’t buy beds from dreams and have them build them as you won’t get it done correctly. Hopefully your Director Johnathan hirst reads these and see how he’s customers are treated as without us dreams ain’t a business as I certainly wouldn’t buy a bed from you again.

I was recommended to buy a certain mattress by dreams staff due to my back condition, I had an issue after a few weeks qhere the bed sinks. As I complained they told me I had to keep rotating the mattress over for a few months. They sent me a new mattress to rotate this one instead which I had insured for 4 years guarantee. So after 2 years I didn't want to complain but it really hurts my back and I called the engineer but he said there is nothing wrong with the bed. The bed looks fine but after 15 minutes it sinks and they don't want to do anything about it. They told me to call the engineer in 6 months time again. Which is ridiculous as they are just trying to deal the warranty out. I asked and would pay for a better one but they don't want to do that.

Over 18 months, we had no fewer than three faulty mattresses, appalling customer service and endless hassle. When we were eventually refunded, the final insult was that Dreams deducted even a paltry £100 goodwill pay-ment offered earlier. Individual shop staff, delivery men and quality assessors were blameless, indeed helpful. The fault lies higher up with a company that apparently cares little for principle or customer satisfaction.

No DREAMS Just NIGHTMARES !! DREAMS COVENTRY !! Happy to leave a disabled person on the floor for the night with a broken arm. We were advised to clear the room prior to delivery. The delivery guys turned up didn’t want to do any work anpart from sit annd vape in the van annd tell me that they couldn’t get the mattress up the stairs. However when asked to construct the bed frame and We can deal with the mattress after the driver said fu*k sake! NO and left with the bed. DREAMS Head office call me to offer me an inflatable air bed for the night ( Ive got a broken arm ) The bed to be installed was the Yokohama bed with sleep motion. £7000 plus for everything that was purchased and this is how you’re treated. I honestly would NEVER Recommend DREAMS unless you want NIGHTMARES. I also have the CCTV Footage and can post on social platforms to confirm how unprofessional the delivery team are 072A040537

I purchased a sleep motion adjustable bed so can use the dreams napp app. But now they changed management and does not work. Will never use again. Useless customer services when trying to sort it out and all they say is nothing they can do. Be aware.
