Purchased a mattress and a bed for big £££ with Dreams in 2023 because I believed in investing in high quality. I did not get quality for my money.
The frame fell apart, so I was given a new one. Now the drawers are falling off the new Divan and Dreams will not refund as I purchased the mattress cover policy, but not the bed frame cover policy. Now I sit with a broken bed and a broken bank account. Avoid DREAMS! I have IKEA furniture that cost far less and has never broken! This frame is not even a year old!
