Do not get involved in their comfort program. Do not trust the mattress suggestions their staff make as they have no idea what they are talking about. Mattresses supplied feel nothing like the mattresses on the shop floor and you will lose out.
Total con coupled with shocking after service.
Please, please take the time to find an alternative company to deal with.
