They are very good at pretending nothing happened during the process, they completely ignored your enquiry [reference number 2944]. I actually requested an refund after they disappointed me, however they still insist to send out the order. Also, pay attention as there are always a few good reviews popping up to push bad reviews down. but I guess they can fool no one but themselves.
