This company is a complete and utterly disgrace.
I purchased an expensive mattress and had to have it replaced within months.
However, they appear to have replaced it with an even more disgusting mattress (apparently new?)
I think not!
Interestingly, this replacement has a tacky, stitched in label at the front??
The other same "new" mattress did not.
I shall be using my Consumer Rights to the fullest and if not, charge back from my bank!!!!
