We bought an item before christmas. Sadly it did develop a fault, so we returned with it after christmas.
By the time we got home to Connahs Quay our phone was rining - a replacement item would be delivered all free of charge, no quibbles, within 4 days. Fantastic staff and fantastic serevice.
