Rubbish Products and shameful customer services.
I bought my mattress a year ago, which has lost all its firmness, when I reportrd to Dreams, they sent someone to check a month later, who told us that the mattress did indeed lose their firmness but then they refused our claim regardless.
Then I spoke to customer service, who said that they can provide store credit but all the mattresses they now have are more than triple the purchase price. The previously bought mattress has been discontinued.
When I asked them to refund, they simply just stopped replying.
Very poor experience.
