Purchased a single bed for £2500 , late delivery by 4 weeks then they couldn’t get the headboard on.
Phone Dreams customer service just to be told by Sharon , very rude woman , who in the wrong job refused refunding the order.
Asked for a manager call back she said she would but I found out later there was no manager so she was just wasting customers time.
If you like good customer care don’t go to Dreams.
