Appalling service from.start to finish. They also lie. We had to exchange our mattress and due to the issues with the initial order the Customer Service adbisor said she would waive the £49 fee, only she did'nt.
Instead they deducted it from the vouchers due back to us.
Unprofessional and decietfull. Will not touch them with a bargepole. Very angry abd disappoibted
